Living Wage Programme

The Living Wage campaign was launched in 2001 by parents in East London, who were frustrated that working two minimum wage jobs left no time for family life. The Living Wage affords people the opportunity to provide for themselves and their families.

We were the first refractory company in the UK to become living wage accredited. It was driven by wanting to raise awareness and wanting to pay a fair wage for a fair days work.

This led to us being awarded the living wage champions award for the Yorkshire and Humber region in 2015.

Made In Britain

The Made in Britain Campaign is a business and consumer campaign promoting British manufacturing in the UK and abroad.
