The design and manufacturing facility at Trent Refractories operates with the high standards in production processes and testing systems. In addition to our in-house testing division we also offer a wider range of testing to ensure product quality for all of our monolithics and refractory shaped products.

External Testing capabilities cover Chemical analysis (XRF), Phase analysis (XRD), Particle size analysis, Hot Modulus of Rupture (ISO 5013), Abrasion Resistance (ASTM C704), Thermal Expansion (EN 993-19), CO Resistance (BS EN ISO 12676), RUL (ISO 1893) and Creep (ISO 3187). Significant expertise exists across all of these separate areas which combined allow Trent Refractories to offer the highest quality standards within the sector.
