James Whitelam Starting ILM Level 3 Certificate In Leadership & Management

James Whitelam who has worked for us for 20 years is going to be attending this course which is held over 9 months at the AMRC in Sheffield. The ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership & Management gives a broad understanding of leadership principles through eight modules, which include developing and creating a high performing team, getting the best out of people and maximising materials. The course will also see guest speakers and there will be optional industry visits to showcase best practice.

James will gain a range of management skills that he will put into practice in his own role. By building his own leadership capabilities he will be able to motivate and engage teams and manage relationships with confidence.
