Trent Refractories Awarded ISO 9001:2015 Accreditation

Trent Refractories is pleased to announce that we have had our Integrated Management System (QMS) successfully audited and awarded the ISO 9001:2015 standard for the manufacture and supply of bespoke refractory solutions. This new standard builds on our previous accreditation being ISO 9001:2008 standard. The new standard allows for support, operation, performance evaluation and improvement process to be a core aspect of the QMS.

Our quality management system standards are designed to help ensure that we meet the needs of our customers and other stakeholders related to our core business activities and the fundamentals of a quality management system. ISO 9001 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). Organisations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
