Trent Refractories Meets With UK Trade Commissioner for Europe

Trent Refractories Managing Director Katy Moss recently met with Chris Barton, the UK Trade Commissioner for Europe, representing Made in Britain as a member for work done for the International Trade Panel. Discussions focused on trade difficulties with certain countries within the EU and how these could possibly be overcome. The meeting has enabled Trent Refractories to expand its network to talk directly with EU Country Export Directors with a view to removing trade barriers and encouraging EU countries to buy from and invest in UK business.
Chris Barton, HM Trade Commissioner to Europe, leads a team from the UK’s Department for International Trade based in 34 countries to encourage trade and investment between the UK and Europe.
